i'm on a diet.




i'm on a diet. 

eat only banana at morning.

do you know banana diet?

Maybe that was so popular in Japan a few years ago way of dieting.

The way of diet is simple.

I'm eating the bananas and warm water every morning.

Helpful for weight loss diet.








Tofu dish is really delicious.
Tofu is it has much protein.

Pour oil on frying fan and baked tofu.
The sauce, soy sauce!

My favorite diet food.






i have a bowl. it's small size. 
small size bowl is good for diet.




Drink mix the coconut oil in the warm water.





Every morning eating a banana.
Walk, squat, lunge, such as sweating when I do.

I exercise and 40 minutes a day.
I want to make a sexy legs.

To stay trim I train hard.
